Composition
The finely ground total powder at low temperature contains per capsule: 350 mg of the root of Valeriana officinalis and is standardised to 0.17% valeric acid.

Valerian powder (Valeriana officinalis L.), Capsule shell of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Instructions for Use
For a good night's sleep: Take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules just before bedtime with sufficient water.
For a nervous feeling: Take 1 capsule during meals in the morning, afternoon, and evening with sufficient water.
