The finely ground total powder at low temperature contains per capsule: 430 mg of the seed husk of Plantago ovata and is standardised to 30% gum mucilage.

Powder from the seed husk of Psyllium (Plantago ovata forsk.), Capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Directions for Use
Take 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening during meals with sufficient water.
