Composition:
Each capsule contains 195 mg of freeze-dried hop cone powder.

Ingredients:
Hop cone powder (Humulus lupulus), Rice starch, Anti-caking agents: Acacia gum and magnesium stearate, Capsule shell of vegetable origin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Usage:
Take 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening during meals with sufficient water. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
