The principle of its action is based on the general relaxing effect, as bedwetting is often associated with restlessness. Any relaxing herb could therefore help (as well as relaxation exercises before bed).
The Sleepzz Junior Relaxation and Sleep Syrup is specifically designed for children. The syrup contains passionflower and orange blossom, both of which are relaxing herbs.
If you would still prefer to try the Golden Poppy, you can open the capsules and mix them with some yoghurt, custard, or applesauce.
