I have been using artichoke for years. Occasionally, it seems I have eaten the wrong things for an extended period, or been under more stressful circumstances, so I take the Arkocaps capsules. Specifically from this brand, as they work best for me. I notice little effect from other brands. Artichoke has a cleansing and dissolving effect. Skin issues often arise for me from the gallbladder and liver; after taking artichoke, this significantly reduces to almost not at all.

Artichoke leaf powder 175 mg
Artichoke leaf extract 80 mg
Concentration of polyphenols 6.6 mg

Integral powder and extract of the leaf of BIO Artichoke* (Cynara scolymus L.), thickening agent: BIO acacia gum, BIO apple fibres (Malus domestica Borkh.), BIO buckwheat fruit powder (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.), capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
*Equivalent to 3200 mg Artichoke leaf per 2 capsules
Take 2 capsules in the morning simultaneously with a meal with sufficient water.
Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Storage
Store away from direct sunlight, in a dry place and at room temperature.
