My experience with this product is very positive. It is advisable to take it immediately at the first signs of discomfort and to continue taking it for a few days. In my experience, the symptoms then tend to resolve on their own.

Hi, is it permissible to use D-mannose during pregnancy or is it better to opt for something else?
On 14 october 2018 by Customer serviceYes, it is perfectly fine to use D-mannose during pregnancy. There are no known or expected adverse side effects from this substance. It is a naturally occurring substance in the body.
