Acetyl-l-carnitine is found almost exclusively in animal products. It is naturally produced by the body in the kidneys and liver from the amino acids lysine and methionine. L-carnitine is often added to infant formula.
A vegetarian diet contains little lysine and methionine. 606 Acetyl-l-carnitine provides 2,000 mg of l-carnitine per daily dose (vegacaps) and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Acetyl-l-carnitine, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (vegacaps), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate)
Take 1-2 vegacaps twice daily half an hour before or two hours after a meal with water, unless otherwise advised.
The use of acetyl-l-carnitine during pregnancy is not recommended.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
