I've been taking this amino acid for a few months now and I'm very satisfied. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant aftertaste. It's also great that it's vegan.
I've been taking this supplement for just over a month now and I'm pleased with it. The capsules are easy to take with a small sip of water. It's also a plus that they are plant-based capsules, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The capsules come in a nice green resealable jar. There are 60 capsules in the jar, with the daily recommended intake of once a day, this is enough for 2 months. As the jar is transparent, you can easily see how much is left, which is handy!
I am pleasantly surprised by these 601 L-Tryptophan capsules. These plant-based capsules have no unpleasant odour when you open the handy storage container. I was also pleasantly surprised when taking them; no aftertaste and easy to swallow with a sip of water. It's a pity that they are not suitable for everyone due to potential interactions with certain medications. What I particularly appreciate about these AOV supplements is the sustainable packaging, and the plant-based capsules contain as few excipients as possible!

Take 1 vegacaps daily on an empty stomach, for instance, in the morning upon waking or in the evening before sleeping, unless otherwise advised.
The use of L-tryptophan in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors) is not recommended.
The use of L-tryptophan during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
Consult your doctor if you are taking medication (e.g., antidepressants).
Not suitable for children up to 3 years old.
