For the past 1.5 weeks, I've been using the B12 Folic Acid dietary supplement from AOV. The supplement comes in the form of a small lozenge, which is easy to take. To me, the tablet has a very light citrus flavour, melts quickly, and leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. Each tablet contains 1500 mcg of B12 and 500 mcg of folic acid, with the recommended dosage being one lozenge per day.
The taste of the tablets is not very strong. Not unpleasant, but not extremely tasty either. It's nice that there is no sweetener taste. Since it's a melt-in-the-mouth tablet, it's absorbed better than through the stomach, which I consider a plus point.
The B12 tablets are small, making them easy to take. They don't have a strong taste. They support me with my energy.

Take 1 lozenge daily to dissolve or melt under the tongue.
Suitable for children from 3 years old.
Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.
