Your results included recommendations to help balance your cortisol levels. Below, you will find our advice on dietary supplements.

Measurement 1 morning

Too low in the morning

Your cortisol level is low in the morning. Recommendations 1 and 2 in your results are needed to bring your cortisol back into balance. In addition to recommendations 1 and 2, you can supplement with the dietary supplements rhodiola and ashwagandha. Rhodiola provides support during challenging times and in stressful situations; it helps with mental pressure and exertion. Ashwagandha is calming and relaxing during periods of stress and tension and is beneficial for good mental balance. Our advice:

1 capsule of rhodiola with breakfast

1 capsule of ashwagandha in the evening before bedtime

 

Good in the morning

Your cortisol release upon waking is good. This enables the body to tackle activities throughout the day.  

 

Too high in the morning

Your cortisol level in the morning may be rising too quickly. A high cortisol level can cause feelings of restlessness or irritability. Recommendations 3 and 4 are important in this case. We advise supplementing with ashwagandha. Our advice:

1 capsule of ashwagandha with breakfast and 1 capsule before bedtime.

Measurement 2 afternoon

Too low in the afternoon

Your cortisol level during the second measurement is too low. This might result in low energy levels in the afternoon. Recommendation 4 in your results is necessary to improve your cortisol throughout the day. In addition to recommendation 4, it is advised to supplement with rhodiola and ashwagandha. Rhodiola provides support during challenging times and in stressful situations; it helps with mental pressure and exertion. Ashwagandha is calming and relaxing during periods of stress and tension and is beneficial for good mental balance. Our advice:

Your cortisol level in the afternoon is good. You have enough energy to carry out tasks in the middle of the day. 

 

Too high in the afternoon

Your cortisol level in the afternoon is high. This may not necessarily cause issues. If you experience restlessness and overload, it is advised to follow recommendations 3 and 4 from your results. Optionally, supplement with ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is calming and relaxing during periods of stress and tension and is beneficial for good mental balance. Our advice:

1 capsule of ashwagandha with breakfast and 1 capsule before bedtime.
