Magnesium chloride, Aqua, Methylsulfonylmethane
Usage
Use a foot bath 2 to 3 times a week. For this, you need 125 g of magnesium flakes and 10 g of MSM in approximately 4 litres of warm water. Duration: 20 minutes. After intense exertion, a full bath is optimal: use 500 grams of magnesium and 50 grams of MSM.
Duration: 30 to 45 minutes. Sufficient for 8 foot baths or 2 full baths.
Storage: Temperature > 5°C and < 30°C
