I use the foot bath to reduce calf cramps, and it also leaves me with wonderfully soft feet.
I find this magnesium salt very pleasant; I can feel it working when I use it in a foot bath!

47% magnesium chloride, crystal water.
For a foot bath, use 125 grams (3 handfuls) of magnesium crystals in 4 litres of water. The recommended water temperature is 37 degrees C. Sprinkle the crystals into a basin. They will dissolve quickly. Fragrance enthusiasts can add a few drops of essential oil. After about 20 minutes, your feet will feel soft and smooth. Your skin will be pleasantly supple, and you can enjoy the dual effect: the absorption of magnesium will leave you feeling relaxed and you'll enjoy a wonderful night's sleep.
