My favourite magnesium for the bath. Easy to refill.
I have tried various types of magnesium bath salts, but this one remains my favourite. Due to the flake structure, the salt also dissolves faster than if you had granules. After a strenuous day, I love taking a bath with this magnesium bath salt; I notice that I come out of the bath with much less, or virtually no, stiff muscles.

I have been using magnesium bath salts for at least a year now. Twice a week, I prepare a foot bath. Since I don't have a thyroid gland, I used to suffer from muscle pain quite often. I also hardly experience any {***} anymore. In addition to the magnesium salt, I also use the magnesium spray from Zechsal.
This stuff is a significant upgrade from your Badedas or Kruidvat own brand bath oil. I really feel invigorated afterwards! Tip: don't towel dry but let it air dry! Let all the goodness soak into your skin instead of rubbing it off with a towel. Superb stuff.
