Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 7-9 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste. To allow the turmeric to be fully appreciated, it is recommended to prepare the tea as "Golden Milk": bring the tea bag to boil in milk (100 °C), steep for at least five minutes for safe use. Enjoy
