I have been using it occasionally for the past two weeks. It is much milder than, for example, Otrivin, and there is no stuffy nose or painful nose after stopping use. I often suffer from a dry nose due to damaged mucous membranes. Unfortunately, I notice little improvement. Perhaps that will come... rating 5/10.
Rhinodoron Nasal Spray for moisturising, cleaning and caring for the nasal cavity, particularly when the nasal mucosa is dry and irritated, or crusted. Nasal spray with Aloe vera in a physiological saline solution. One ml of sterile solution contains 5 mg sodium chloride, 5 mg potassium chloride, 5 mg Aloe vera gel and water for injection purposes.
Adults and children from 6 years: Spray once or twice into each nostril 2 to 6 times daily. Babies and children up to 6 years: Spray once into each nostril 2 to 6 times daily.
Do not use after nasal surgery and injuries to the nose, or if sensitive to Aloe vera.
Legally required warnings

Do not use in cases of gastrointestinal conditions.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.‡
Do not use for more than ten consecutive days.
