Massage in twice daily for 4 weeks on still-damp skin. For optimum results, it is recommended to also use the Birch Pearl Scrub Shower Cream, to enhance the action of the active ingredients. The effects are boosted when you eat healthily and exercise regularly. Due to released waste products, use is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
