What a lovely oil, it warms the muscles and helps the muscle pain to disappear much faster! Highly recommended.
For the past few months, I've been experiencing more stiffness in my muscles, whereas I used to be quite flexible. I now use this oil after showering, even when I haven't exercised. It has a very pleasant, noticeably positive effect on my body. It smells lovely and absorbs quickly into the skin.
I use the product daily for my stiff muscles. Lovely massage oil and it warms the muscles. It is not greasy, absorbs well into the skin.
The oil smells good and spreads well.
This is one of the few skincare products that you notice helps quite quickly!
In addition to having a warming effect on the skin, Arnica Massage Oil also has the property of relaxing stiff and tight muscles. The oil provides an insulating layer around you. Essential oils of rosemary and lavender stimulate circulation and provide an invigorating scent.
Tip: Do you suffer from cold feet? If warm socks alone don't help, you can massage your feet daily with warming Arnica Massage Oil. A foot bath – with or without a capful of this oil - is also a good remedy.
Tip: A massage before or after sports reduces the risk of injury and shortens muscle recovery time.
