Milk Thistle is a true wanderer among plants. This plant, with its purple flowers and spiky leaves, originally only grew in Southern Europe. However, it managed to reach Northern Europe via fallow lands and roadsides. The plant owes its name to the white spots along the leaf veins, which, according to legend, are traces of milk drops from Mary's bosom when she had to flee with Jesus from Herod. The plant has been used since ancient times as food for both humans and animals.

Vitotaal® Milk Thistle is a herbal remedy without chemical additives such as yeast, gluten, colourings, flavourings, or preservatives. Production is carried out under strict quality control.
Botanical Name Silybum marianum
Contains 300 mg of a combination of powder and extract with at least 80% silymarin from the seeds of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum); silicon dioxide; vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
Does not contain:
lactose, gluten, sugar, yeast, preservatives, colourings, flavourings.

Usage
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with a half glass of water after meals. Directly after alcohol consumption: take 3-5 capsules.
