Ingredients
220 mg of the sap from the stems of Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea) with a minimum of 75% silicon; vegetable capsule: hypromellose. In this formulation, the number of capsules is kept as low as possible. By using a concentrated extract, there is a good effect.
Contains no: lactose, gluten, sugar, yeast, preservatives, colourings, flavourings.
Vitotaal Bamboo is a plant-based remedy, without any chemical additives such as gluten, yeast, colourings, flavourings, or preservatives. Production is carried out under strict quality control.
Take 1 capsule three times a day with half a glass of water after meals.
Adhere to the recommended daily dosage. A food supplement is not a substitute for varied, balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

The exact timing of intake is not really important. Before, during, or after a meal is all fine. However, for liquid products, if you take them on an empty stomach, they will also be absorbed more quickly.
