Ingredients
Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (CRUSTACEANS), Chondroitin (bovine cartilage), Filler (Microcrystalline cellulose), MSM, Vitamins, Minerals, Chicken cartilage, Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide).
1 tablet daily. Preferably take during meals.
Store in a cool (but not refrigerated) and dry place.

Can I take Flexform in combination with More in 1, 50+ and 5-HTP? Or is that overdoing it? All three supplements are from Vitortho.
