Very pleased with this product. I've noticed a significant difference when using it. I recently stopped for a short period and the issues immediately returned.

What is the difference between microflora for the gut, etc., and Microflor Intimate, specifically for women?

Microflor Intimate contains three specific bacterial strains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus reuteri. Research shows that these strains are commonly found in the vaginal flora of women and enhance each other's effects. On the other hand, Microflor Probiotics contains eight different bacterial strains primarily aimed at supporting the gut flora.
Is it possible that you could experience stomach and bowel discomfort because of this pill? I especially notice it at night and have been taking it for a few days before breakfast.
On 08 april 2025 by Customer serviceIn the initial days of use, some people may experience mild stomach or bowel discomfort, such as bloating or a rumbling stomach. This occurs because your gut flora is still adjusting to the new bacterial strains. These symptoms are usually temporary and often disappear within a few days. You might try taking the capsule after breakfast instead of before, to see if that provides relief. If that works well, you can then move the intake to just before bedtime.
Can you use this for recurrent vaginal thrush?
