The product has been used satisfactorily for a long time and provides less discomfort.
I was initially a bit sceptical, but this supplement has brought me a great deal of PMS relief. I've been using it for 3 months now and my mood has significantly improved. I used to suffer a lot from dizziness which I knew was hormonal, and this has disappeared. Furthermore, I have fewer cravings and my libido has also improved. In the first month, it also seemed to help with cramps (I don't usually suffer from cramps, but I do experience discomfort due to the coil) and unfortunately, that effect was short-lived. I will continue taking them, as I also feel that I am less (quickly) bloated 😊
It contains a wealth of beneficial herbs, all conveniently packaged together, making it excellent for hormone support and premenstrual syndrome.
While using this capsule, I experienced a lot of stomach cramps. I'm not quite sure yet if the remedy was the cause; I'm still trying to figure that out.
Advised due to stress and/or pre-menopausal symptoms and noticed an immediate difference. I've been walking around cheerfully for weeks and truly feel better. So wonderful!!

If you need a second dose, you can take it at another time of the day, such as with dinner. There are no known issues with taking these supplements later in the day. The most important thing is to take them in a way that works for you and fits within your daily routine.
I read that it's to be taken once a day. On the chat, I was told to take it only before menstruation. What is the correct dosage, is it just every day or should I stop during menstruation?

Hi, I've been using Hormone Support, Mood Support, and Zinc for about 10 days now. I take them with a glass of water during or immediately after a meal. I've noticed that I feel nauseous a few hours after taking them. What could be causing this?

We recommend stopping the supplements for a few days to see if the nausea subsides. If it does, you could try reintroducing the supplements one by one to see which one causes the nausea.
