Ingredients: 
Minerals, vitamins, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colourant (copper complex of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).

From 6 years: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. 
From 10 years: take 2 capsules daily with a meal. 
Take with enough water or juice and swallow the capsule whole. 

 

Not suitable for children under 1 year

Vitamin B2 can cause a (completely harmless) yellow discolouration of urine.

Dosages higher than 15 micrograms are not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Consult a specialist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from an illness (especially diabetes), or taking any medication.

There are indications, but no human studies that demonstrate a negative effect of glucosamine on blood sugar levels.

There are indications of a possible interaction with coumarin derivatives.

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs.

Consult an expert if you have Sarcoidosis.

Consult a specialist first if using in conjunction with medications that inhibit calcium excretion.
