Ingredients
MCT oil, modified tapioca starch (Manihot esculenta, plant-based softgel capsule), humectant (glycerol), purified water, vitamin K2, stabiliser (carrageenan), colouring (caramel), vitamin D3 (from algae).

Take 1-2 softgels per day with a (fat-containing) meal with water. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old (legally required notice for products with more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dose).

Note:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concurrent use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
