I take this for a month before the holiday. It apparently releases a scent that makes you less appealing to mosquitoes.
Excellent product!
Thiamine is the precursor of the biologically active form of vitamin B1, thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP). Magnesium is required for the conversion of thiamine into TPP. Thiamine pyrophosphate acts as a coenzyme in various reactions related to energy metabolism, including the release of energy from fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. It plays this role in the energy metabolism of all cells, including the cells of the heart and nervous system, thus contributing to the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system. It is also important for brain and nerve functions, which are crucial for aspects such as concentration, memory, and mood.
Vitamin B1 250 mg from Vitals offers a high dosage of thiamine in pure form. The raw material is contained in a vegetable capsule made from cassava and is supplemented with an excipient from rice.

Hi, can you combine the 250g dosage of thiamine with mega multi which already contains a lot of B vitamins? I would like to test it for about 2 months due to a very busy period (stress).
On 31 january 2023 by Customer serviceThere are few to no known adverse effects from excessive vitamin B1 intake. Therefore, no safe upper limit has been established. Temporarily increasing Thiamine intake for 2 months can work perfectly well alongside the mega multi.
