Every Day Basic is a carefully designed multivitamin intended for young people who are healthy and live healthily, as a basic supplement to the diet. In its formulation – as with all multis in the Every Day range – we have chosen well-absorbed ingredients and compound forms, in responsible, balanced dosages. For each nutrient, taking into account the average intake of teenagers and young adults. And taking into account estimated daily requirements to support or promote optimal health. Very recent data and the latest insights have been used for this.
Every Day Basic contains only vitamins and minerals, without any special additions. This multi contains no vitamin B6, making Every Day Basic also suitable for people who, for whatever reason, prefer not to use B6 supplements. The iodine dosage has been deliberately kept low for people who want to limit their iodine intake.
B vitamins in Every Day Basic
Every Day Basic contains responsible amounts of B vitamins. This also takes into account the extent to which the body is able to absorb and convert the different B vitamins, as well as the latest scientific insights. The biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms of vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5’-phosphate), B12 (methyl- and adenosylcobalamin) and folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt) are used. These are the forms used by the body.

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, selenium, copper, iodine), choline bitartrate, vitamins (C, E, B3, B5, D3, K2, B2, B1, A, K1, folate, biotin, B12), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (fatty acid salts of calcium, silicon dioxide), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol), beta-carotene.
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The vitamin K in this product means it is not suitable for use alongside coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
