Vitals Choline-VC 400 mg - Vitamin Supplement
Choline has long been an undervalued (vitamin B-like) nutrient. However, more is now known about it. In 2012, the European Commission determined that three health claims for choline may be considered scientifically proven. It was established that it is important for normal lipid metabolism, normal homocysteine metabolism, and a well-functioning liver. And in 2016, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) judged that choline is an essential nutrient, not sufficiently produced by the body itself and must be largely obtained from the diet. The adequate intake was set in Europe at 400 mg/day for adults, based on the average intake in European countries. For pregnant women, 480 mg/day is recommended, and for breastfeeding women, even 520 mg per day. In 2016, for the first time, an adequate intake was also established in America. However, this is based on clinical research specifically aimed at determining the daily requirement (sufficient for a healthy liver), and came out at 550 mg/day. The average intake of adults in Europe fluctuates between 291 and 468 mg/day.
Synergy
Choline has important interactions with vitamins B6, B12, folate, and SAMe. Moreover, phosphatidylcholine produced via the SAMe-dependent metabolic route is enriched with DHA, forming phosphatidylcholine-DHA. Choline and DHA have a synergistic interaction with each other.

Why is there a warning stating: Vitamin B6 Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in limbs. But there isn't any vitamin B6 in it, is there? Kind regards,
