Biotin (also known as vitamin B8) is a co-enzyme for so-called carboxylase enzymes, which play a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. In this way, it helps to release energy from food. Biotin is also important for normal psychological function, by supporting brain and nerve functions involved in memory, concentration, and mood. It is also crucial for healthy mucous membranes, skin, and hair.
Biotin works closely with folate, vitamin B5, and vitamin B12. Use/advise biotin preferably in combination with a vitamin B-complex or multivitamin.

Rice flour (Oryza sativa), vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), anti-caking agent (calcium salts of fatty acids), biotin.
Take 1-2 capsules per day with a meal and water. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

It is recommended to use vitamin B8 with inositol. I do not see this on the ingredients list; can I use the inositol 500 capsules together with the biotin capsules? As well as with the DIM capsules. Thank you in advance.

500 mg of inositol is a relatively low dose. Inositol is also available as a loose powder, which is comparatively more economical. The recommended dosage of Myo-Inositol from Lamberts is 4000 mg per day.
Instead of 500 mcg of biotin, you could also opt for the Super Biotin 5000 mcg.
