It really works very well. Much less "hunger" and therefore less snacking in between. And feeling fitter. But for me, the sweetness could be a bit less. Fortunately, it's stevia and therefore not bad for my health. But I mix it into something, so just a vanilla flavour would also be fine. I'm not so fond of sweet.
