Post Workout Woman BCAA 4:1:1 & Electrolytes

Nutrition rich in BCAAs
BCAAs, or branched-chain amino acids, are a valuable addition to your post-workout routine. They consist of the three essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which naturally occur in proteins and play an important role in muscle recovery and building after your workout.

Nutrition rich in electrolytes
After an intense workout, it’s not only important to consume BCAAs but also to maintain your fluid balance. When you sweat, you lose not only water but also important electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium. You can replenish these electrolytes by choosing foods like avocados, bananas, coconut water, and dark leafy greens including spinach.

Post Workout Woman
Our Post Workout Woman contains a powerful mix of nutrients, such as BCAAs, Glutamine, electrolytes, and green tea extract.

The women's formula is carefully tailored to suit the lower body weight and unique physiological needs of women. With 4824 mg L-Leucine, 4% less than in the men's formula, and 4000 mg L-Glutamine, 11% lower, it offers just the right dosages. What makes this formula extra special is the addition of 500 mg green tea extract. This carefully adjusted composition takes into account the specific energy needs and of women, ensuring the body is optimally supported.

Green tea extract with unique benefits
Green tea plays an important role in our Post Workout Woman, thanks to the carefully selected extract, standardised on catechins (400 mg) and EGCG (250 mg), ensuring optimal performance to support your goals.

Rich in BCAAs and L-Glutamine: building blocks of proteins
BCAAs and L-Glutamine form a core component of our Post Workout Man. These essential amino acids naturally occur in proteins.

BCAAs of completely plant-based origin
Our Post Workout Man exclusively contains 100% plant-based BCAAs, sustainably sourced from cassava glucose. This makes it an ideal choice for conscious athletes.

From raw material to final product: the production process
Quality assurance: the raw materials are thoroughly tested for pesticides and heavy metals to ensure the highest purity.
Natural fermentation process: cassava glucose is converted into high-quality BCAAs through fermentation by microorganisms.
Preparation: the amino acids are finely ground and sieved to create a uniform particle size.
Mixing: the BCAAs are mixed in an optimal 4:1:1 ratio and supplemented with purified water for a homogeneous final product.
Drying: after drying, the final product is checked for moisture content and stability, which extends shelf life.
Thanks to this advanced process, our BCAAs seamlessly fit into a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

BCAAs in the best 4:1:1 ratio
Our formula contains BCAAs in a carefully chosen 4:1:1 ratio, where four parts leucine are combined with one part isoleucine and one part valine. But why this specific ratio?

Research shows that leucine has the greatest impact on stimulating protein synthesis among the three amino acids.

With this thoughtful ratio, you harness the full power of your post-workout supplement!

High dosage L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is also an important amino acid, especially after physical exertion. Exercise depletes the glutamine levels in your muscles. L-Glutamine helps to replenish these reserves.

We recommend using this Post Workout Man immediately after your workout and drinking your whey protein shake two hours later.

Improved absorption thanks to AstraGin®
Our Post Workout Man is completed with AstraGin®, a patented complex of bioactive substances derived from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng. This unique ingredient is known for enhancing the absorption of important nutrients, such as amino acids and minerals. By increasing the bioavailability of these substances, AstraGin® helps your body to optimally utilise them.
