Ingredients
Hydrolysed Collagen (Solugel® collagen peptides, beef), Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Take 1 scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Easily soluble in coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shake, porridge, smoothies, yoghurt, and quark. We recommend using Collagen Solugel® powder for 25 days and then not using it for 5 days. 1 jar is enough for 30 days.
