On 16 january 2018 by Customer serviceFrom the Atrimove Granulate, a child weighing 30 kg could use half a scoop per day, or during a period of increased need, a full scoop per day temporarily.
On 10 december 2015 by Customer serviceIf you spread the intake of the 10 capsules and the Plantina multi throughout the day (for example, in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, and/or before bedtime), then 500mg of magnesium is absolutely fine. If you were to take 500mg of magnesium all at once, you might experience diarrhoea, but if the magnesium intake is spread out over the day, there is nothing wrong with taking 500 or even 800mg of magnesium per day.
The Atrimove Granulate is more cost-effective than the Atrimove Capsules and has exactly the same composition. You can take half a scoop in the morning and half a scoop in the afternoon, along with the Plantina multi at dinner.
On 17 september 2014 by Customer serviceThis is indeed quite a handful, and proportionately also significantly less economical than the loose Atrimove Granulate.
The ten capsules can, if desired, be taken all at once. However, spreading them throughout the day is preferred (for example, 2 x 5 capsules).
