Is it possible to open the capsules? So that, for instance, one can start with a lower dosage or mix it into something to drink.
On 20 june 2024 by Customer serviceYes, it is possible to open the capsules of Viridian - Synbiotic Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG. You can mix the contents with food or a drink if you prefer. It is a convenient way to start with a lower dosage and makes it easier to take.
Just make sure that the food or drink is not too hot, as that can affect the microorganisms in the product.
