On 05 february 2016 by Customer serviceNAC can be used for various purposes. The available research results are generally based on dosages between 1200 and 2400 mg per day. This does not mean that everyone needs such high dosages. In itself, 600 mg is already a significant dose. However, for certain purposes, it may be necessary to increase that dose.
Moreover, it turned out that the importer had provided incorrect information: the NAC+ contains not 800 mg NAC per capsule but per 2 capsules. All other quantities are also per 2 capsules. I have just adjusted this and informed the importer about it.
Thus, 4 capsules provide a total of 1600 mg NAC, 400 mg glutamine, 120 mg cinnamon, and 800 mcg chromium. Given the composition (and the description on the English site), this product is primarily aimed at maintaining a balanced blood sugar level.
The mentioned guideline dosage is, by the way, slightly different from the Recommended Daily Amount (RDA) determined by the government for vitamins and minerals. There is no RDA for amino acids.
