On the recommendation of my ophthalmologist, I tried it along with magnesium. I am pleased with it.

Could you tell me what the natural ingredients are, i.e., what this malic acid is made from? This is due to an allergy.
On 06 june 2024 by Customer serviceThe Viridian Malic Acid 500 mg capsules contain as their main ingredient 500 mg of malic acid. Malic acid is a natural substance found in many fruits, but especially in apples. Hence, it's also known as apple acid.
The excipients of the capsule are hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, and water. These capsules are free from gluten, wheat, lactose, sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives, and artificial colours.
If you have a specific allergy, it's always wise to check the ingredient list before using a product.
I regularly take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted with water before (evening) meals. This helps me immensely with a heavy and bloated feeling after eating. However, the taste is quite unpleasant! Can I take these capsules instead of that unpleasant glass of apple cider vinegar?
