After not noticing much, I compared the contents of the capsule with other brands, and it turns out to contain far fewer active ingredients.
I am so pleased with this during these busy and stressful times in healthcare. It doesn't make you drowsy, but it does give you a relaxed feeling, allowing you to start the day better. I take this when I feel restless.
It is a natural product and very satisfied.. I take this when I feel o* don't get * from it. feel a lot * in my head and body.

Good evening, I purchased L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Viridian from you today, but I can't find any information indicating that it's suitable for children. However, you did mention in the shop that it is suitable for children. Could I please have more information about this? Kind regards, Esra Caner

The ingredients (L-theanine and lemon balm) are also used for children in practice, but at a lower dosage. We recommend starting with, for example, half a capsule (or every other day) for children, and consulting a doctor or pharmacist first for young children or if medication is being used.
Can I open the capsules and dissolve them in water? I have difficulty swallowing pills.

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can carefully open the Viridian L-Theanine and Lemon Balm capsules and mix the contents with water, juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie. It is completely safe and should not affect the product's effectiveness.
Suitable for children?

Can this make you feel sleepy or very sluggish?
