Great product. It works very well for me to feel a bit calmer and {***} during times of high stress.
My favourite brand Pure, without unnecessary additives It supports me
This really helps to quieten your mind and provides relaxation when you’re feeling a bit too tense. It’s simply delightful. Just a bit of support when things aren’t going your way.

Good evening, I purchased L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Viridian from you today, but I can't find any information indicating that it's suitable for children. However, you did mention in the shop that it is suitable for children. Could I please have more information about this? Kind regards, Esra Caner
On 16 january 2026 by Customer serviceThis supplement is officially labelled for adults, which is why there is no children's dosage on the packaging. The ingredients (L-theanine and lemon balm) are also used for children in practice, but at a lower dosage. We recommend starting with, for example, half a capsule (or every other day) for children, and consulting a doctor or pharmacist first for young children or if medication is being used.
Can I open the capsules and dissolve them in water? I have difficulty swallowing pills.
On 30 may 2024 by Customer serviceYes, of course, that's not a problem. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can carefully open the Viridian L-Theanine and Lemon Balm capsules and mix the contents with water, juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie. It is completely safe and should not affect the product's effectiveness.
Suitable for children?
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceThis product is not suitable for children due to its high dosage. The L-theanine from AOV is more suitable for children, as it contains 50 mg of L-theanine and is therefore better dosed for children.
Can this make you feel sleepy or very sluggish?
On 27 september 2022 by Customer serviceL-theanine and Lemon Balm do not cause a sleepy or sluggish feeling.
On 28 june 2017 by Customer serviceMagnesium Plus (with ashwagandha) can be taken at any time of the day, but many people choose to take magnesium in the evening.
