I have a sensitive stomach and I had no problems with these at the lower dose of 1 capsule. I did not try a higher dose. It’s great to have a vegan alternative to the animal-based enzyme products. They work well too.

Ingredients

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule up to three times daily, half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Is this capsule also double-encapsulated so that it only dissolves in the intestine? Regards, Ina
On 14 april 2023 by Customer serviceThe capsule does not have a special thick coating because this product contains not only digestive enzymes but also betaine HCl, which is needed in the stomach. The digestive enzymes only become active in the first part of the small intestine.
