This is fine for everyday stress moments with little unrest. However, if you are experiencing a lot of unrest in your body, I would recommend something stronger (consult your GP). For truly intense unrest, this does not suffice (for me). Daily use seems to build up a tolerance, or so it feels. I’m not sure if that’s accurate, but it feels pleasant. I have been using this for a week in preparation for a very difficult conversation (also for sleeping), and I have been remarkably calm for days. It seems to work well. Nonetheless, I take something stronger just before the conversation, as this is slightly insufficient for that stressful moment. But for 'ordinary' stress moments: excellent!

cellulose, polydextrose), colourant (calcium carbonate), corn starch, glucose syrup, MCT vegetable oil (coconut and/or palm in varying proportions).
In a stressful situation, a nervous feeling and/or inner unrest, take a tablet with water. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.
Do not use Valdispert Stress Moments tablets if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. The use of Valdispert Stress Moments is not recommended for children under 12 years, pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, and breastfeeding women. This product contains quinoline yellow, which may have an adverse effect on children's activity and concentration.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

On 26 october 2020 by Customer serviceValdispert primarily contains valerian, and this herb can have an effect in the short term, within a few days but usually within 1-1.5 weeks. However, for optimal effectiveness, allow 3-4 weeks. After this period, you can truly assess the effect of the product.
