Great shampoo without any nasties, it simply does what it should: cleans without chemical or drying ingredients, even if you follow the CG method. I always use a conditioner afterwards. I have an oily scalp that itches quickly, but thanks to this shampoo, the itching has significantly reduced. I alternate it with a protein shampoo.
