It's a good feeling to use a natural Vitamin C. It also feels great to boost my immunity with a natural supplement.

Camu Camu / rumbes fruit 8:1 extract powder from Brazil (Myrciaria dubia) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: maltodextrin, vegetable cellulose (vegicap).
Contains no gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Intensive use: take 1 capsule twice daily before a meal.
A balanced diet contains sufficient vitamins. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

On 26 march 2013 by Customer serviceMoreover, a Camu Camu supplement is acidic, whereas only calcium ascorbate (calcium-bound vitamin C) and Ester-C (for example, Ester C 500 mg) are non-acidic, making them stomach-friendly. And yes, Ester-C is better absorbed and retained longer than other forms of vitamin C.
Use Camu Camu when you want to benefit from the whole fruit (not just because of the high percentage of vitamin C but also the other vitamins and minerals). If you specifically want to supplement vitamin C, then opt for an Ester-C or a C-1000 tablet.
