I couldn't take fish-based omega 3s primarily because of the taste, but thanks to this one, I can finally use omega 3.

Hello, I am looking for algae oil for my son (4 years old). I've tried all the liquid algae oils, but he finds them unpleasant. I can't blame him. I take these algae oils myself. Can I give this dosage to my son? Can they swallow softgels at this age?

We recommend piercing the softgel and mixing it into a small portion of food with a strong flavour or something quite sweet, like a sip of fruit juice. Perhaps, if the contents of the softgel are blended into an entire smoothie, the taste will be diluted enough to be hardly noticeable. In terms of dosage, the Testa Omega 3 is perfectly suitable for a 4-year-old child.
