Tasty vegan cake, made with healthier ingredients than standard cake. One slice is quite filling too; I take it with me on long cycling trips to avoid hitting the wall.
Initially, I tried a slice at room temperature and found it somewhat plain; however, after a spell in the fridge, the banana flavour of this cake truly comes alive, making it a pleasant treat for a vegan cake. I recommend serving it with a dollop of vegan whipped cream to counteract the dryness. Overall: a decent cake, but best enjoyed after some time in the fridge.
