They taste both salty and sour, which I wasn't used to. I ended up swallowing the first one after 10 minutes. Fortunately, you can take them with water, which I did afterwards. I immediately noticed that I felt more energised.
Umeboshi Ume apricots are pickled in salty brine for a year. They are particularly beneficial for stomach and intestinal issues and can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen.

Can you take these pills during pregnancy?

However, they should be used in moderation due to the relatively high salt content. That said, taking one pill each morning is certainly not an issue.
