I add this maca to the smoothie for my husband and myself every morning. A great start to the day!
You really get a boost from it! Lovely with just quark.
I purchased it because it is an adaptogen, which helps the body to recover and achieve hormonal balance, among other things. I have been using it for a month now, and I genuinely feel that it has a positive effect. I feel calmer, have less of a craving for sweets, and I am sleeping much better! I will definitely continue using it and am curious about the effects in a few months!

On 04 february 2020 by Customer serviceIt is important to gradually build up with maca. The response can vary from person to person. You can start with half a teaspoon per day and increase as needed to 1 or 2 teaspoons.
