Ramen is a warming noodle soup from Japan. It's packed with flavour and is usually made with instant noodles. We wanted to do things differently. These ramen noodles are made not from wheat, but from a mix of organic brown and black rice. Nothing else. There's no packet of flavour enhancers included. Simply add a spoonful of miso to the water and cook the ramen for 3 minutes until done. Ramen are specially made for soups, so they remain nice and firm with a lovely texture. For a super quick, gluten-free meal!

Ramen are the noodles for soups. We make them from organic brown and black rice. They remain deliciously firm in (miso) soup or in the wok. You can cook these gluten-free noodles in 3 minutes.
