Great superfood. It supports energy, packed full of vitamins and minerals. Delicious in smoothies.
I often use maca powder at the start of my cycle and during my period. A small scoop (teaspoon) in my porridge or yoghurt is enough. You have to get used to the taste, but it's not unpleasant!
