Terrasana Kuzu white organic
Kuzu is a plant-based, effective thickening agent made from the starch of the kuzu plant. It is widely used in Japan for soups, sauces, and (warm) desserts. The great thing about kuzu is that it does not alter the flavour of a dish. Unlike cornstarch, kuzu is also suitable for use in acidic dishes. Moreover, it is gluten-free and vegan! White kuzu is washed and filtered, resulting in a neutral taste and slightly stronger thickening power than grey kuzu.
