Terrasana kuzu grey
Kuzu is a natural Japanese thickening agent derived from the starch of the kuzu plant. It has a neutral flavour and effectively thickens soups, sauces, and (warm) desserts. Kuzu is both plant-based and gluten-free. Grey kuzu is unwashed and unfiltered, so you might need a bit more than with white kuzu.

Usage
Use 2-3 teaspoons of kuzu per 1 cup of liquid. Dissolve the kuzu in cold water before use. Use approximately 3 tablespoons of kuzu per 250 ml of liquid to make kuzu pudding.
Store in a cool, dry place.
