Blood tests show that my Vitamin D levels are maintained. I don't notice any significant change when taking it. I stop during the summer period, possibly resuming in the winter period.
Vitamins D3 and K2 naturally work synergistically in the absorption of minerals in bone tissue. Continuous intake of high doses of Vitamin D3 with a deficiency of Vitamin K2 increases the risk of potentially harmful calcium deposits in the arterial walls, joints, eye tissue, and so on. Therefore, this product contains Vitamin K-rich ingredients alongside D3 in the form of Vitashine. Vitamin K2 specifically ensures that calcium is directly deposited in the bone instead of contributing to arterial calcification.
In this complex, Vitamin K2 is present as MenaQ7®, the most bioavailable and bioactive form of Vitamin K on the market and the only one currently available that is both clinically validated and patented. This specific MenaQ7® material is specially developed for Terranova and uses sunflower oil and candelilla wax instead of commonly used beeswax, making it suitable for vegans.
