Terranova Magnesium 100mg Complex is a highly bioavailable blend with superior absorption capacity, enhanced with pyridoxal 5-phosphate (which facilitates magnesium function), stabilised rice bran, green oat seed, nettle leaf, and pumpkin seed.
Magnesium bisglycinate chelate* [TRAACS™] provides 100mg elemental magnesium (buffered with magnesium oxide), ensuring easy absorption. Buffered magnesium increases the pH (alkalinity) of the formula, making it gentler on the gastrointestinal tract.
